The Site and the services offered are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Company does not make any express or implied commitment that the Site will operate uninterrupted, error-free, and securely at all times.

The Company cannot be held responsible for access interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, infrastructure-related problems, or force majeure events. The Site may contain links directing to third-party websites; the Company is not responsible for the content and practices of these sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site. This clause does not eliminate rights arising from consumer legislation that cannot be limited by contract.

10.Changes to Service and Conditions

In this case, the Member's accrued rights and obligations remain reserved.

The Member may terminate these Terms at any time by closing their account and withdrawing from membership. The termination of membership does not eliminate the debts and obligations of the parties accrued before the termination date.

In force majeure events, the failure of the relevant party to fulfill its obligations or its delayed fulfillment does not constitute a breach of contract, and the performance of obligations is suspended during this period. If the force majeure event lasts longer than a reasonable period, the parties have the right to terminate the Terms.

13.Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. In disputes arising from consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
